Barragán was born from the longing for the atmosphere of some of the restaurant-bars in Mexico City that Ana Escobar, our chef, misses so much. Those places with a relaxed spirit where good cocktails and good Mexican food mix. Where classic and contemporary gastronomy merge to satisfy the different stages of the craving required from a casual meeting for a few drinks to a special dinner in a cozy, timeless atmosphere and with occasional live music.
